I had an absolute blast utilizing my problem solving skills to forge weld a 5/16” high carbon bit into salvaged mild steel to make a knife that can withstand chopping into rebar.

In the final round I was tasked with forging Sergeant Hayden’s sword from the Pequot wars. Although I didn’t ultimately win the title of Forged in Fire Champion, my sword was quite the performer making the “cleanest decapitation” of Forged in Fire History - something I am quite proud of.
